Awaken Your Soul: Nuturing Body, Mind, and Spirit
September 1-6, 2026 | Paros Island
Step away from the hustle and step into a week of soulful adventure. The Awaken Your Soul Retreat is a 6-day, 5-night journey designed to spark joy, awaken curiosity, and reconnect you with the playful, radiant essence within.
Join Stacy for this yoga retreat in Paros which blends daily yoga, meditation, and mindful practices with plenty of freedom to explore, relax, and soak up island life. Each morning begins with an energizing yoga practice, followed by long, leisurely breakfasts and time to explore the island’s hidden gems and local beaches. Throughout this retreat we’ll have time to wander those picturesque whitewashed villages, dive into the magic of Aegean Sea, and set sail on a private boat adventure. Evenings bring slower movement, sunset meditations, and shared meals filled with fresh local flavors and new friends.
Each day unfolds like a new adventure and every moment is designed to fill you up with joy and lightness. This yoga retreat for women is all about rediscovering what feels good— in your body, in your heart, and in your life. You’ll move, laugh, rest, and reconnect with the most vibrant version of yourself.
In our yoga sessions, you’ll flow through rejuvenating postures, allowing tension to melt away and energy to flow freely. Guided meditation sessions will lead you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace, while breathwork exercises will help you cultivate mindfulness and presence in the here and now. Through the art of journaling, you’ll tap into your inner explorer: curious, courageous, and open to the magic of the moment.
By week’s end, you’ll feel lighter, brighter, and more alive— carrying home not just peace and clarity, but a renewed zest for life and the simple joy of being.
Come play, explore, and awaken your soul…your adventure begins in Greece.
MEET YOUR TEACHER
Stacy McGinty
Stacy McGinty has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. Practicing life on and off the mat is all about embodying the principles and mindfulness cultivated during yoga practice into everyday experiences.
On the mat, Stacy encourages her students to listen to their inner voice, connecting with the breath, and moving in a way that feels good to the body. This practice of tuning into oneself, honoring one’s body, and finding balance can be extended beyond the mat. Off the mat, it’s about staying present, listening to our intuition, and treating ourselves and others with kindness and compassion.
In vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, and meditation, Stacy’s emphasis on finding moments of clarity and stillness within the pose teaches students to cultivate inner peace and resilience. This can be translated into daily life by finding moments of stillness amidst the chaos, whether it’s through meditation, mindful breathing, or simply taking a pause to appreciate the present moment.
Stacy’s influences, including Jason Crandell, Janet Stone, Tara Brach, and Jack Kornfield, likely inspire her teachings on integrating mindfulness and compassion into yoga practice and life. By drawing from the wisdom of these teachers, Stacy helps her students deepen their understanding of themselves and their connection to the world around them.
Ultimately, Stacy’s intention to hold space for her students to connect with at least one full breath reflects the essence of yoga: the union of mind, body, and spirit. Whether on the mat or off, practicing yoga with Stacy offers an opportunity to cultivate presence, authenticity, and inner peace in every breath and every moment.
Stacy McGinty’s extensive training highlights her dedication to holistic well-being and personal growth. With 500 hours of yoga certification, she has delved deeply into the practice, mastering various aspects of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodologies. This level of certification suggests a commitment to honing her skills and knowledge to offer students a comprehensive and enriching yoga experience.
Additionally, her mindfulness instructor training indicates a focus on cultivating present-moment awareness and cultivating mindfulness both on and off the mat. Mindfulness practices can greatly complement yoga, enhancing the mind-body connection and promoting overall mental and emotional well-being.
Furthermore, Stacy’s certification as a Wellcoach underscores her commitment to supporting individuals in achieving their wellness goals. Wellcoaches are trained to facilitate behavior change and empower clients to make sustainable lifestyle choices that promote health and vitality. Integrating coaching principles into her teaching likely allows Stacy to offer personalized guidance and support to her students as they navigate their yoga practice and wellness journey.
By combining her expertise in yoga, mindfulness, and coaching, Stacy creates a nurturing and empowering environment for her students to explore their practice and cultivate holistic well-being. She currently teaches at Well Studio in Dublin, CA Her diverse skill set equips her to address the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health, helping individuals to thrive both on and off the mat.
