FAQs about your Signature Eyia Journey

How do we work together?

Once you choose one of our curated itineraries, we’ll start with a welcome call to align on your dates and any special priorities or adjustments. From there, we adapt the curated journey to fit your needs and you’ll receive a complete digital itinerary with a full quote. Once you confirm the trip, we take care of all bookings — accommodations, transfers, and key experiences. Your final itinerary is sent ~30 days in advance with a short video walk-through. 1-3 days before departure, you will meet our Local Manager in a WhatsApp chat who will be in touch throughout your experience. To get started complete our travel interest form.

What is your payment policy?

After signing our agreement and completing our service fee, we will then create you a full draft itinerary in our online platform and full price quote in Euros. If you agree, then we will proceed with the following payment policy.

– 25% of trip total as a deposit: Deposit due upon confirming the itinerary (non-refundable)
– 75% remaining of trip total: Due 60 days before trip start date (non-refundable)

Prices are listed in Euro, but final pricing will be sent in USD via invoice in accordance with updated currency conversion.

What is included?

Your journey includes all logistics and planning based on your selected itinerary. This includes: accomodations, all ground transfers & ferries, any activity/excursion, any special service or amenitity, any tour guides or hosts, and some meals dpending on the design on the trip.

Not included:

International flight
Travel insurance
Meals outside of daily breakfast or meals/snacks included in booked activities & experiences
Transportation with a rental car
Tipping
Personal items

How long does it take to plan?

We prefer at least 5+ months to plan a trip. Reach out to us 6+ months in advance of your trip, earlier is even better. However, depending on our travel client load, we may be able to accept last-minute trip requests.

What are the payment methods?

You may pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, we can offer a 3% discount, less the credit card fees.

Can I split the payment within my group?

Yes, we can split the trip costs by each party or person with simple processing. Please let us know on your discovery call how you would like payment to be organized.
