This is a 5 night, 6 day nervous system ‘reset’, not in the sense that the nervous system can be ‘reset’, but rather, a paradigm shift. A coming back to you. Back to the you that has always been there, back to the you that has been hiding, that has been beaten down and made to feel small by the things and people that life has thrown your way.

This is an uncovering.

Becoming the best or ‘highest’ version of yourself is not about becoming someone or something else; the way it’s portrayed social media nowadays, suggests that you must change who you fundamentally are to get what you want.

You were born with your full potential already in you.

It is life that got in the way. Life that loaded you down, the words of others that stuck, the shame that got passed to you from generations before. We are going to be peeling back the layers, the layers that have been dulling that shine, leaving you tired and weary, in a perpetual state of ‘I know I’m meant for more, but I don’t know how to get there.’

For a moment, imagine yourself, end of 2025.

Where do you wake in the morning? How do you feel? What activities do you start your day with? How are your days spent? What kind of people do you surround yourself with?

This, is what we are going to be tapping into. To become your best, truest, most authentic self, you must embody her. To close that gap between you now and the you of where you want to be, it’s about clearing the way, ‘the channel’ so to speak, for that to be possible. Embodying the you that leaves past stories, fears and stuckness behind, to become who you should have been all along.

System Reset is more than a few days next to the Mediterranean in the sun, amongst the olive groves (it’s that too) it’s the tools, processes and embodiment techniques that you need to become who you were always meant to be. This is an active retreat – there will be daily workouts and movement sessions, combined with deep inner work, and most importantly – rest and time to connect with the land, the food, and your companions.

MEET YOUR TEACHERS

Isabel

Isabel is a somatic therapist and multi-passionate mentor by day, a creative and entrepreneur by night.

Having transitioned from a conventional path of 10 years working in design and behavioral science, her work surpasses traditional ‘life coaching’ and centers on you getting unstuck from the doubts, fears and opinions of others, by working with your nervous system to find safety in the here and now.

She works with a blend of traditional psychotherapeutic techniques, combined with Somatic Experiencing to shift you out of the chronic stress responses of fight/flight/freeze or fawn. The result is you being able to experience and embody the openness, curiosity and creativity required to create the life you’ve always wanted.

As well as guiding you through 2 sessions of 1:1 coaching, before and after the retreat, Isabel will be leading you daily through the core processes of System Reset. You will be working together to deep dive into your belief systems, your self worth, your relationship to shame, fear, anxiety and all of the other things that have kept you playing it small until now.

DIMI

Dimi is a dynamic fitness and health coach whose journey embodies resilience and empowerment. Transitioning from a corporate background, Dimi’s transformative experiences led her to embrace her passion for fitness and health as a profession, igniting a mission to inspire and uplift women.

Specializing in functional training, strength, and HIIT, Dimi goes beyond the conventional realms of fitness coaching. She guides women to not only move our bodies with purpose, but also to synchronize our fitness routines with our diet and natural rhythms, including the menstrual cycle.

At the core of Dimi’s philosophy is the belief in listening to one’s body. Through her coaching, she empowers women to tap into their inner strength and unlock their true potential, guiding them on a journey towards self-discovery and self-improvement.

Dimi will be guiding you through personalised 1:1 training, and a series of tailored, daily workouts, to connect you to your inner strength and power.

Our Destination & Where We’ll Stay

We will be traveling to the southwestern coast of the Peloponnese in an area called Messinia. Messinia is an absolute gem where the olive trees meet the sea. We will be just outside of the Bay of Navarino and the picturesque port town of Pylos. 

We will stay in luxury stone modern villas in the middle of an olive tree grove. We are on a hilltop with incredible panoramic views of Navarino Bay and the hillside. Each villa has its own pool, pergola-covered lounge and dining area, spacious bedrooms, and common spaces.

      Are flights included?

      Your flight is not included in your booking.

      We are available to provide you with assistance to book the best flight for you!

      I don't know how to book my flight.

      No problem! As travel professionals, we are available to support your booking! We can guide you on the best options. Please reach out to info@eyiaretreats.com.

      How many people are going to be on this retreat?

      This is an intimate group for 6-10 people.

      What meals are included?

      All meals are included. Please note that lunch most days are light bites prepared by our chef that you can eat anytime during the day .

      If I’m going alone, can I book a double room and be paired up with someone?

      Yes! We can do our best to pair you up with another retreater. If you plan to come with a friend, both you and your friend must reserve a double occupancy booking and please mention in the note when you sign-up who you are paired up with.

      If we are unable to fill the double occupancy room, we will have you upgrade to a single occupancy room. In that case, we  will do our best to give as much notice as possible.  

      How do I get there?

      What is the weather like?

      The weather is beautiful in September & October in this region. The average temperature range during this time of year is 19 C – 29 C (67 – 88 F). We still recommend packing layers.

      If I have to cancel my trip, is any part of it refundable?

      Deposit is nonrefundable.

      • If you cancel 90 days or more before your retreat start date, you will be refunded the full retreat amount (less non-refundable deposit)
      • If you cancel between 66-89 days before your retreat start date, you will refunded (less non-refundable deposit) only if we can fill your spot
      • If you cancel 65 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
