1. Start the Conversation
Schedule a complimentary call to meet us, share your travel vision, and ask questions. Feel free to complete our Travel Interest Form before our call.
2. Service begins: Vision Session & Travel Consult
We’ll sit down (virtually) and get to know you, your travel dreams, pace, non-negotiables, dates, energy, and vibe. We’ll also cover practicals like budget, logistics, and preferences so we can design something that truly feels like you.
3. Behind-the-Scenes Magic
Our team gets to work: researching, refining, and crafting a custom itinerary from the ground up including hand-picked boutique hotels, unique resorts, priate villas, ferries, private transfers, boats, curated experiences, and reservations. We handle it all. Our Air Desk team is also available to manage your flight bookings, if needed. You’ll receive a beautifully mapped-out journey for review and feedback. You will provide you with a final packaged price in Euro. Once approved, a deposit is made to secure your trip.
4. Final Arrangements
We book every aspect of your trip including some special VIP touches and curated recommendations.
5. Pre-Trip Call
Before you depart, we’ll walk you through your itinerary and confirm every last detail. This is your moment to ask questions, get tips, and feel fully prepared to step into your journey.
6. Kalo Taxidi – You’re Off!
You’re en route to Greece, and we’re still right here – managing details, smoothing transitions, and available anytime you need support. You will meet your Local Manager via WhatsApp who will ensure your trip is effortless. We’re in the background, so you can stay in the moment.
7. Return with a Full Heart

FAQs about your Greece luxury travel planning experience
How do we work together?
We will start with an initial call to discuss your trip vision. It’s helpful if you complete our request form before our call. Once you complete payment for the Odyssey service and we understand your needs, dreams, expectations, dates, and budget, we will research and prepare a draft itinerary for you.
Once approved, we will proceed with all your bookings & reservations. You can sit back and relax knowing your trip is taken care of! In the meantime, we are available to support any additional questions or logistics as you prepare for the trip. We will have one last call before take-off to review your completed online and app-based itinerary. We continue to manage and support your trip with high-touch support to ensure you return home with great memories to share!
What kind of trips do you plan?
We plan entirely custom trips based on our travelers’ dreams, needs, and styles. Our goal is to make your trip a memory for a lifetime! We will let you know if something isn’t in alignment.
We do not book large cruises or overly touristic resorts. We prefer amazing boutique properties or locally owned ones with an authentic feel.
What is included in a bespoke trip?
Most of our bespoke trips include all accomodations, all ground transfers & ferries, any activity/excursion, any special service or amenitity, any tour guides or hosts, and some meals dpending on the design on the trip. Not included: international flights, travel insurancem meals outside of those included in the final proposed itinerary, personal items, tipping, and any additional independent activites not included or pre-booked.
How long does it take to plan?
We prefer at least 4-6 months to plan a trip. However, depending on our travel client load, we may be able to accept last-minute trip requests.
What are the payment methods?
You may pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, we can offer a 3% discount, less the credit card fees.
Can I split the payment within my group?
Yes, we can split the trip costs by each party or person with simple processing. Please let us know on your discovery call how you would like payment to be organized.
Can you help me with other destinations?
Yes! Often, our travelers combine Greece with another country, so we can support the entire trip. For example, Greece + Italy, Greece + France, and Greece + Croatia are common requests.
