This 10 day Sea to Soul Journey starts and ends in ancient Athens where you will experience the magnificence of the Acropolis from up close and afar, as well as the city’s ancient beauty and art everywhere you look and eat. For the heart of your trip, you will explore Milos and Sifnos islands and experience true Greek island life with relaxed beach days, boat excursions, village exploring, slow-living, and stunning views. With curated touches, private guides, and time to slow down, this journey blends slow-living, lots of time by and in the sea, and a chance to slow down and connect.

Itinerary Details
Athens: Experience Athenian Culture, 2 Nights
You’ll spend 2 nights in a boutique hotel hand-selected by our expert travel team in the heart of the city. During your time you have the option to experience a private tour of the Acropolis or a guided walking food tour to experience the flavors of Greece. As the sun goes down on your final evening in Athens, you’ll have a rooftop dinner as the lights begin to shine on the Acropolis, glowing under the night sky.
Day 1: Arrival in Athens: Ancient Wonders & Athenian Sparkling Nights
Your Adventure in Greece begins in the ancient and majestic city of Athens. Upon arrival you’ll be met by your private transfer who will take you to your luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the city. You’ll have time to wander the lively streets of Athens and see where ancient history meets modern luxury. As you wind down your day, enjoy a reserved dinner spot as the sun goes down and the city sparkles.
Day 2: Experience Athenian Culture
During your second day, you have two options to choose from:
Option 1:
Explore the Acropolis with a private guide, tracing history through marble columns, marvel at treasures that reveal Greece’s rich artistic legacy and experience ancient myths brought to life. You’ll be immersed in the birthplace of democracy stepping back into time to witness artifacts that bring centuries of history into the present.
Option 2:
Savor Athens through its flavors on a curated walking food tour, sampling hidden delicacies in lively neighborhoods, tasting meze (small plates), pastries, and hidden specialties known only to locals.
Your evening ends on a rooftop terrace with dinner, watching the city glow as the Acropolis lights up against the night sky.
Milos: The Island of Colors and Sea Adventures, 3 Nights
Discover the colorful, beautiful island of Milos where the sunsets take your breath away and the sea lights up your soul. Toast your arrival with a local wine tasting and traditional dinner. Your days will be filled with a private catamaran cruise through hidden coves, beach-hopping, sunsets in the traditional island mountain town of Plaka, and authentic island dining.
Day 3 Departure from Athens to Milos, The Island of Colors and Sea Adventures
After breakfast, you’ll be met by your private transfer to travel by scenic ferry to Milos, the island of colorful cliffs and hidden beaches. Upon arrival to Milos, you’ll be greeted by your private transfer to your luxury boutique hotel to settle in for 3 nights on this beautiful island. You’ll toast your arrival with a local wine tasting and traditional dinner.
Day 4 Sailing the Aegean
Spend the day on a catamaran, sailing along Milos’ dramatic coastline. Swim in secluded coves, feel the sun on your skin, and watch the sea change color from turquoise to deep sapphire. Lunch is served onboard with fresh, local ingredients, and time spent drifting on deck invites pure relaxation and connection with the island’s natural beauty.
Day 5 Exploring Milos
Take the wheel with a rental car and explore the island at your own pace. Wander soft sand beaches, small fishing villages, and rocky cliffs sculpted by centuries of wind and water. End the day in Plaka, wandering narrow lanes at sunset, then enjoy a reserved dinner beneath the stars with the island’s warmth all around you.
Sifnos: The Island of Slow Living, 3 Nights
Discover the serene, soulful island of Sifnos. Arrive at your charming boutique hotel and ease into the island’s peaceful rhythm, where pottery workshops, seaside tavernas, and golden-hued sunsets shape each day. Your time on Sifnos can unfold in beautifully curated ways: join a farm-to-table cooking class or set out on a guided tour through Sifnos’ picturesque villages, ancient footpaths, and hidden chapels. Whether you choose to explore its rich culture, savor its renowned gastronomy, hike its scenic trails, or simply unwind by the sea, Sifnos invites you to slow down and embrace authentic island life with understated luxury and warmth.
Day 6 Departure from Milos to Sifnos
Following breakfast, your private transfer will greet you and drive you to the port where you’ll say farewell to Milos. After a short and scenic ferry ride, you’ll arrive on Sifnos– an island known for its whitewashed villages, soft beaches, and exceptional food culture. A private transfer brings you to your boutique hotel, whether nestled above the sea with sweeping views or steps from the sand. Settle into the island’s gentle rhythm before an evening dinner reservation at a hand-picked taverna where you’ll taste local flavors under the glow of village lights.
Day 7 Island Traditions & Hidden Villages
Choose Your Sifnos Experience
Today you can immerse yourself in the authentic heart of the island.
Option 1:
Join a farm-to-table cooking class set in the countryside, where you’ll harvest ingredients, learn Sifnian recipes, and enjoy a long, delicious lunch overlooking the land.
Option 2:
Explore Sifnos with a private guided island tour, wandering the cliffside village of Kastro, strolling the neoclassical streets of Artemonas, and visiting the famous Monastery of Chrysopigi, perched above turquoise water.
Both experiences offer a connection to the island’s culture, history, and warm hospitality.
Day 8 A Day to Drift & Discover
Leisure, Beaches & Cycladic Wanderings
Today unfolds at your own pace. Spend the day on a golden-sand beach, wander the charming alleys of Apollonia (main island village), or let us arrange a rental car so you can explore hidden coves and small villages. Sifnos invites you to relax fully– sip coffees slowly, dip into calm waters, and savor the simple elegance that makes this island so loved.
Departure: Depart from Paros or have the option to stay in Athens or in the Athens Riviera
As you say farewell to Paros with a delicious breakfast, your private driver will greet you at your hotel for your transfer by ferry or flight back to Athens.
Either contiue your journey home or stay one night in the Athens Riviera.
Day 9 Return to Athens Riviera
Extend your stay by one day and make travel day smoother by staying one night in Athens or along the Riviera’s coastal elegance to conclude your Aegean journey. Celebrate with a finale dinner to toast to all the beauty, flavors, and memories of the Aegean before your departure home.
Day 10 Departure
After breakfast, a private transfer brings you to the airport for your return home. Take with you the colors, tastes, and rhythms of the Aegean: the memories of sun-soaked beaches, slower mornings by the sea, historic streets, and golden sunsets lingering long after you leave.

You can either schedule a complimentary call to meet us and ask questions. Or if you’re ready, book The Sea to Soul Journey, please complete our service fee and Travel Interest Form, then we will schedule our Welcome Call.
2. Behind-the-Scenes Magic
We will prepare your Sea to Soul Journey based on your requested dates. You’ll receive a beautifully mapped-out journey, including a quote for review and feedback.
3. We Handle the Bookings
Once you confirm the itinerary and pay the deposit, we handle all the bookings: hotels, ferries, private transfers, curated experiences, and reservations (up to 3 dinner reservations). We handle it all. Our Air Desk team is also available to manage your flight bookings, if needed.
4. Pre-Trip
Before you go, we’ll walk you through your itinerary with a video emailed to you. You will have access to your itinerary online and in our app. 1-3 days before departure, you will be added to a WhatsApp chat with our Local Manager who will be in touch throughout the trip and available to support you.

How do we work together?
Once you choose one of our curated itineraries, we’ll start with a welcome call to align on your dates and any special priorities or adjustments. From there, we adapt the curated journey to fit your needs and you’ll receive a complete digital itinerary with a full quote. Once you confirm the trip, we take care of all bookings — accommodations, transfers, and key experiences. Your final itinerary is sent ~30 days in advance with a short video walk-through. 1-3 days before departure, you will meet our Local Manager in a WhatsApp chat who will be in touch throughout your experience. To get started complete our travel interest form.
Can the payment be split amongst my party?
Yes, we can seperate the deposit & trip payment links by person or party within your group.
What is not included in the package?
In the Soul to Sea Journey, the following components are not included:
- International flight
- Travel insurance
- Meals outside of daily breakfast or meals/snacks included in booked activities & experiences
- Transportation with a rental car unless otherwise noted
- Tipping
- Personal items
How long does it take to plan?
We prefer at least 3-6 months to plan a trip, however, depending on our travel client load we may be able to accept last minute trip requests.
What is your payment policy?
After signing our agreement and completing our service fee, we will then create you a full draft itinerary in our online platform and full price quote in Euros. If you agree, then we will proceed with the following payment policy.
– 25% of trip total as a deposit: Deposit due upon confirming the itinerary (non-refundable)
– 75% remaining of trip total: Due 60 days before trip start date (non-refundable)
Prices are listed in Euro, but final pricing will be sent in USD via invoice in accordance with updated currency conversion.
What is the activity level?
This signature journey has light to moderate activity level with walking on tours, a boat day excursion, and generally walking to dinner each evening. The activity can be easily increased or decreased depending on your preferences and how you would like to spend your leisure time.
What type of accommodations can I expect?
We have hand-picked 4 & 5 star boutique hotel properities for this experience giving you a comfortable & modern stay with charm and great service.
Can you help me with other destinations?
Yes! Often our travelers combine Greece with another country so we can support the entire trip. For example Greece + Italy, Greece + France, and Greece + Croatia are common requests.
