How the Process Works
1. You may either schedule a complimentary call to meet us, discuss your trip idea, and learn about our process or email us and jump right into your initial consult.
2. Initial Travel Consult: we discuss your dreams, expectations, must-see / must-haves for your trip, dates, budget, and any other logistics and needs.
3. We research and prepare a draft itinerary for you.
4. Bookings! We complete your bookings including: hotel, transfers, ferries, and activities. Our Air Desk Team can also book your flights for a small ticketing fee.
5. Bon Voyage! You’re off and we continue managing and supporting your trip with high-touch support.
6. Return home with great memories to share!

This is a customized service based on trip complexity, duration, and number of travelers. Starting at $595 for 5-night trip.
Our Full Trip Design & Planning Fee covers initial consultation and discussion of your trip ideas and dreams, our time spent researching, developing, and revising an itinerary for you, booking and managing all components, and support while traveling.

How do we work together?
We will start with an initial call to discuss your trip vision. It’s helpful if you complete our request form before our call. Once you complete payment for the custom planning fee and we understand your needs, dreams, expectations, dates, and budget, we will research and prepare a draft itinerary for you. Once approved, we will proceed with all your bookings & reservations. You can sit back and relax knowing your trip is taken care of! In the meantime, we are available to support any additional questions or logistics as you prepare for the trip. We will have one last call before take-off to review your completed online and app-based itinerary. We continue to manage and support your trip with high-touch support to ensure you return home with great memories to share!
What kind of trips do you plan?
We plan entirely custom trips based on our travelers’ dreams, needs, and styles. Our goal is to make your trip a memory for a lifetime! We will let you know if something isn’t in alignment.
We do not book large cruises or overly touristic resorts. We prefer amazing boutique properties or locally owned ones with an authentic feel.
How long does it take to plan?
We prefer at least 3-4 months to plan a trip, however, depending on our travel client load we may be able to accept last minute trip requests.
Can you help me with other destinations?
Yes! Often our travelers combine Greece with another country so we can support the entire trip. For example Greece + Italy, Greece + France, and Greece + Croatia are common requests.
We also can support select destinations world-wide. Contact us to see if your destination is supported.
