FAQs about Planning Your Honeymoon in Greece

How do we work together?

Once you choose one your preferred service, we’ll start with a welcome call to align on your honeymoon vision. From there, we either start a bespoke itinerary or adapt the curated journey to fit your needs and you’ll receive a complete digital itinerary with a full quote. Once you confirm your honeymoon, we take care of all bookings — accommodations, transfers, and experiences. Your final itinerary is sent ~30 days in advance with a pre-departure call. 1-3 days before departure, you will meet our Local Manager in a WhatsApp chat who will be in touch throughout your experience. To get started complete our travel interest form.

What is your payment policy?

After signing our agreement and completing our service fee, we will then create you a full draft itinerary in our online platform and full price quote in Euros. If you agree, then we will proceed with the following payment policy.

– 30% of trip total as a deposit: Deposit due upon confirming the itinerary (non-refundable)
– 70% remaining of trip total: Due 60 days before trip start date (non-refundable)

Prices are listed in Euro, but final pricing will be sent in USD via invoice in accordance with updated currency conversion.

How far in advance should we book our honeymoon?

We recommend beginning the planning process 6–12 months before travel, especially for peak season (May–September), when boutique properties and private boats book up early. That said, we can also design shorter-lead-time honeymoons, just reach out and we’ll let you know what’s realistic for your dates.

What is the ideal length for a Greece honeymoon?

Most couples spend 7–12 nights in Greece, which allows time to settle into island rhythm without feeling rushed. We can also design shorter escapes or longer, multi-region journeys — it depends on your schedule and how many islands you’d like to experience.

What are the payment methods?

You may pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, we can offer a 3% discount, less the credit card fees.

What's the difference between a Fully Bespoke Itinerary and a Signature Journey?

A Fully Bespoke Itinerary is built entirely from scratch around your vision, dates, and preferences. A Signature Journey starts from one of our proven Greek island itineraries, which we then personalize to you – a great option if you want expert-curated structure with less blank-page planning.

What should we budget for a honeymoon with Eyia Retreats?

Every honeymoon is designed around your goals and preferred level of luxury, so investment varies based on travel dates, islands, accommodations, and experiences. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a custom proposal with clear pricing so there are no surprises.
