Eyia Retreats’ services include custom travel planning and design for your dream vacation or retreat. That means we design your dream trip based specifically on your needs, desires, dreams, and hopes.
You will receive guidance on choosing the right destination(s) for you as well as sourcing and booking hotel accommodations based on your preferences and budget. Your air and ground transportation will be booked for you as well as trip protection and travel insurance. You also also have yacht and sailboat charters and other fun activities booked for you.
Eyia Retreats offers wellness retreats, custom travel design and planning, and bespoke group travel experiences. We help make your Greece Travel dreams come true! Many of our clients combine Greece with another country, and we can support the entire trip.We can also support select destinations world-wide. What Kind of Trips Do You Book?
This year Eyia Retreats booked clients on first time experiences in Greece, a wedding anniversary, honeymoons, light touring and relaxation vacations for couples, and adventure trips for families with adult kids.
It is our passion and greatest joy to help clients have their best experience in Greece, whether it is your first time or tenth time visiting Greece. We plan entirely custom trips based on your dreams, needs, and style. Our goal is to make your trip a memory for a lifetime!
We will let you know if something is not in alignment. Given our uniquely curated style of services, we do not book large cruises or overly touristic resorts. We prepare amazing boutique properties or locally owned properties with an authentic feel.
How the Travel Design and Planning Process Works
- You may either schedule a complimentary call to meet us, discuss your trip idea, and learn more about our process OR email us and jump right into your initial consultation.
- Initial Travel Consult: We discuss your dreams, expectations, must-see / must-haves for your tip, dates, budget, and any other logistics and needs.
- We research and prepare a draft itinerary for you
- We complete your bookings including: hotel, transfers, ferries, and activities. Our Air Desk Team can also book your flights for a small ticketing fee.
- Bon Voyage! You are off and we continue managing and supporting your trip with high-touch support
- You return home with great memories to share!
What Will It Look Like Working Together With Eyia Retreats
We will start with an initial call to discuss your trip vision. It is helpful if you complete our request form before our call. Once you complete payment for the custom planning fee and we understand your needs, dreams, expectations, dates, and budget, we will research and prepare a draft itinerary for you. Once approved, we will proceed with all your bookings & reservations. You can sit back and relax knowing your trip is taken care of! In the meantime, we are available to support any additional questions or logistics as you prepare for the trip. We will have one last call before take-off to review your completed online and app-based itinerary. We continue to manage and support your trip with high-touch support to ensure you return home with great memories to share!

How Long Does It Take to Plan?
We prefer at least 3-6 months to plan a trip. However, depending on our travel client load, we may be able to accept last minute trip requisitions.
