Kat & Keegan, who have been hosting groups on Paros for years, happened to have a few free days this summer and were inspired to create the ultimate girls trip, infused with pure Greek summer vibes. For five nights and six days, they invite you to experience the magical island of Paros in a way that is both free-spirited and unforgettable.

This girls trip is for the woman who wants to have an intentional experience that balances all sides of her: the part that wants to live it up, and the part that wants to slow down and reflect.

The part that loves deep, soulful conversations, and the part that doesn’t want to take life too seriously- laughing until happy tears stream down her cheeks. Each day we’ll move our bodies (or not- this is wellness in your own way), share incredible meals of fresh Greek cuisine, swim in the healing waters of the Aegean, and soak up sun-drenched afternoons. By night, you’ll find yourself clinking glasses under the stars, dancing through the vibrant streets of Naoussa, and joining locals at a traditional Greek panigiri festival.

Katrina Paraskevopoulos – Chief Vibe Officer

Hi, I’m Katrina, you may know me as Kat— wellness expert, transformational coach, Eyia Retreats founder and your Chief Vibe Officer for the Femme & Free in Paros Girls Trip.

I’ve been living my best Greek life with my husband and two kitties, and I’ve spent years hosting retreats and curating experiences in Greece that blend wellness, soulful connection, and a little bit of fun-you-can’t-help-but-dance energy. I created Eyia Retreats so people like you could have memories that would last a lifetime.

This girls trip is the ultimate reflection of how I love to live and how I love to guide others: free-spirited, playful, and fully alive. I only lead a few retreats per year and this experience is specially curated to share with you exclusive access to the vibrant island lifestyle that I love while also helping women feel vibrant, supported, and totally femme & free.

Keegan Mills – Logistics Queen and Sound Healing

Hi, I’m Keegan— holistic life coach, retreat leader, yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner, and Logistics Queen. I’m passionate about creating spaces where women can reconnect to their vitality, joy and freedom.

With a background in guiding transformative experiences around the world, I weave together embodied movement, breath and sound to help others reset their nervous systems and return to a sense of inner radiance. My approach blends modern wellness practices with the timeless magic of nature, always rooted in creating intentional spaces that feel both expansive and deeply grounding.

Where We’ll Stay

Our stay in Paros is at a chic, family-run boutique hotel in the seaside village of Drios. With its blend of Cycladic architecture and modern design, the space feels effortlessly stylish while still connected to the soul of the island. Just steps from a serene beach and a short walk to Golden Beach, the island’s hotspot for swimming and water sports, you’ll have the best of both worlds: laid-back island vibes and a touch of playful adventure. Between outings, sink into the luxury of two sparkling pools, stretch out on chic loungers, and sip something refreshing as you take in sweeping views of the Aegean. This is where modern comfort meets island magic.

Travel Logistics for your GIRLS TRIP in Paros

Eyia Retreats will support you with any travel questions you may have and support your journey to Greece. We can advise you on good flight options and planning gets to be easy! Once you arrive in Paros, everything is taken care of and you can feel fully free.

We recommend arriving 1-2 days before the retreat begins on August 15th in Paros. This means you will depart USA on August 12th or 13th to arrive in Greece on August 13th or 14th. Alternatively, You can arrive on the day of the retreat, departing USA on August 14th and arriving to Greece on August 15th.

Flights: We recommend booking a roundtrip flight from your home airport to Athens (ATH).

Getting to Paros: You will fly or ferry to Paros.

Ferry: Book your ferry here from Piraeus to Paros

Flight: It is possible to land in Athens on August 15th morning and catch a flight to Paros the same day with a separate round-trip or one-way Athens (ATH) to Paros (PAS).

The retreat will begin late afternoon / early evening on August 15th.

Adopt or Sponsor a Greek Kitty

Eyia Retreats has partnered with Let’s Be S.M.A.R.T. a registered non-profit organization with the mission to educate children and adults on animal welfare. Their main goals are to Successfully Manage Animal Rights Today and work toward global animal welfare. In Greece they have multiple activities including a sterilization program and running a cat sanctuary in Attika region where they rescue cats in need.

While in Greece you can adopt a Greek kitty to take home with you! Contact us or Let’s Be S.M.A.R.T to go through an adoption pre-approval process.

They complete all the necessary exams and paperwork so your kitty is ready and safe to travel home with you!

Alternatively, at the time of booking you will have an opportunity to donate.

How many people are going to be on this Greece Girls Trip?

This experience is meant to be free-spirited and fun while also keeping an intimate experience so we can feel connected during our time together. This exclusive experience will be limited to 8-10 women to make this an intimate and chill getaway.

If I’m going alone, can I book a double room and be paired up with someone?

Yes, we will do our best to pair up our solo travelers who prefer to have a shared room. However, a shared room is not guaranteed when booking solo, so we may ask you to upgrade to a single occupancy room.

How do I get to Paros?

It’s easier than you think! Eyia Retreats can support your entire booking to Greece. If you wish to arrive early or extend your trip to Greece our team (official travel agents) can support you making your travel logistics easy! Email us info@eyiaretreats.com for travel planning support.

Deposit for all of our retreats in Greece is nonrefundable.

If you cancel 60 days or less before the retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

Yes! We have several activities in store so you can experience the summer magic on a Greek Island: classy and chic Beach Resort day, Traditional Greek music and dancing festival, endless sea swims, morning movement and wellness experiences, exploring the nightlife of Naoussa, Girls Boat Day, and so much more! We’ll keep the days free, fun, and balanced.

This retreat was just what I needed! I hope to do this again!

The Art of Living Well!!! was amazing! Kat made everything easy and smooth. In addition to the retreat I requested transportation on arrival, an additional night prior to the retreat and at the end of the retreat which was arranged. I enjoyed the activities from sight seeing, to an olive oil tasting, wine tasting, cooking class, and art, with enough down time to relax or shop on your own. We (some of us) started each day with a light stretching/yoga session. The accommodations were luxurious with out being over the top, the food was delicious and a little too plentiful! This retreat was just what I needed! I hope to do this again!

Katrina’s Milos Retreat was an epic reboot to my fitness and state of mind.

The challenging daily workouts were well balanced with calming/relaxing yoga sessions that helped close the days. The hotel location was a perfect perch above rocks and an ocean of inspiration. Having been to Greece before, I was surprised by the natural beauty of the island. Its unique beaches served not only as fun places to spend the day, but also as places to be mesmerized by the beauty of nature. I enjoyed each day whether I was swimming in crystal blue water, exploring the local town shops and history, or partaking in an art class. And, of course, the amazing Greek food did not disappoint! Following a difficult year, I left the retreat feeling recharged and I’m excited to end the year focusing on being healthy. Thanks for the awesome experience!

Kat was helpful in planning travel logistics both related to the retreat but also travel I planned prior to the week in Milos. The workouts and yoga practices were creative and differed each day. Each day there was a journal prompt that tied back to the theme of the retreat. Being at the Milos Breeze was the perfect environment for the retreat. The staff was very accommodating and the meal each morning was delicious. We had a handful of selections to eat and all the food was brought to us pool side. LUXRY. Kat planned two tasty group meals from a local restaurant where we got a farm to table experience. These group dinners elevated the experience since we got to try different Greek cuisine that we might not have had if it wasn't for Kat. Each meal allowed us to get closer to our fellow retreaters. My favorite day was our Kleftiko boat day adventure where we got to sail to an uninhibited part of the island that was truly breathtaking. For all that we got the experience on the retreat this experience is an excellent value and one that I will never forgot

The Greece retreat was my first solo trip, and it exceeded my expectations! Morning meditation & workouts on the beach, and yoga with an ocean view was breathtaking.. literally while running on the beach! Kat & Fran were great at instructing each class with modifications or ways to challenge yourself. There was nothing but positive vibes the whole week with an amazing group of girls! It truly was a no judgement zone as I did whatever I wanted, when I wanted! Being a working mom and wife back home I was the most relaxed I’ve ever been during this retreat in Milos, Greece. I am forever grateful for this experience, and can’t wait for another #KatHealthFitness Wellness Retreat!

I am truly blessed to have been able to attend Katrina’s 2019 Wellness Retreat on Milos: A week of fun, friendship and fitness, held at a beautiful location in Greece.
Katrina absolutely went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. She handled the reservations for our hotel, greeted everyone with individual swag bags, and even walked down to Pollonia very early one morning to select the perfect freshly caught fish for our group dinner. We each experienced an incredible in-room massage, too! Each morning began with meditation held either pool-side or at the beach, followed by fitness workouts. At the end of each day we enjoyed relaxing yoga. Both the fitness and yoga routines were geared for all levels (flailing beginner to standing on your head advanced). And there was plenty of time to relax, read, lay by the pool, or explore the island each day. Efcharistó, Katrina, for the opportunity of a lifetime!

Being my first ever wellness retreat, I didn’t know what to expect, but from the moment I arrived, it was amazing!
The location, the food, the people were all great and Katrina made everyone feel so comfortable. I came in wanting time to learn to relax and I can honestly say, with the help of meditation, yoga, and workouts, I have never had such a relaxing, rejuvenating week in my life. Can’t wait to go again!
